McCarthy & Booker is an independent Isle of Wight estate agency specialising in beautiful and distinctive homes across the Island.
I created the logo and visual identity, developing a brand that reflects the personality of the business — professional and confident, but with a warmer, more individual feel than you might traditionally expect from an estate agent.
The identity has since been applied across pretty much every part of the business, from stationery and property sale boards to advertising, exhibition displays and other marketing materials.
I also design and produce McCarthy & Booker’s property magazine, providing another opportunity for the brand to showcase both the homes they represent and their strong connection with the Island.
It’s an identity designed to feel distinctive in a very competitive marketplace, while allowing the properties themselves to remain the star of the show.
